FOD: Oil-water separator
In lubricated compressors, condense is made up of a suspension of oil-water that must be treated correctly to avoid the oil to get into the sewer system. FOD 5-938 perform this task in a safe and efficient way, separating and removing the oil in a more complete and sustainable way. Besides, it raises the oil-water separation standards. Easy to use and even more easy to install, FOD grants energy savings, without any costs related to condense cleaning, storage and transportation.
The FOD guarantees higher productivity and efficiency, thanks to the two-step filtration system: the propylene removes free oil, while the active carbon and the organic clay separate stable emulsions. This filtration system allows the waste water to meet the most strict standard criteria, protecting the environment. The filter cartridges of FOD 5-938 are easy to change and make the filter cleaner.
